ABOUT THE POSITION

Sveba Dahlen is a Swedish company specializing in the manufacturing of ovens and other bakery machines for commercial use. Sveba Dahlen is known for its high-quality products used in bakeries, patisseries, and large-scale industrial bakeries. The headquarters, development, and the majority of manufacturing are located in Fristad, just outside Borås.

We are now looking for a Business Developer who will be responsible for the analysis, implementation, and optimization of various business systems, primarily within the IFS application. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for digitization and optimization of existing processes and have continuous dialogues with external partners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

In this role, you will have significant ownership and be offered creative freedom in your projects. A major focus will be on the digitization of processes, as well as the optimization and improvement of existing processes. This role also involves several contact points internally and externally, so we believe you are a social person with good communication skills. Furthermore, we see that you take an active role in decision-making and have a good ability to lead others.

You will be responsible for:

• Digitization and optimization of processes
• Changing and developing existing processes in the business system, primarily within the IFS application
• Driving the organization in business development
• Leading various development and implementation projects to enhance workflows

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has at least 3 years of work experience in similar roles
• Has experience from the manufacturing industry
• Has good knowledge in digitization of processes
• Has previous experience working with ERP systems, preferably IFS or SAP
• Has experience with business system processes and integration with other systems
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

The following is meritorious for the position:

• A university or college degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a relevant field
• Experience in optimization and development in Microsoft Teams
• Experience in leading digitization projects in the IFS application
